FRIEZE Art Fair opens tomorrow in New York! From May 10-13 the fair will be held at Randall’s Island Park. This year’s fair includes over 180 leading contemporary galleries from 32 countries including: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, UAE, UK and USA.

The fair will also include several additional programs including:

Frieze Projects: Seven specially commissioned, site specific, art projects curated by Cecilia Alemani.

Frieze Talks: A program of presentations and discussions featuring writers, artists and cultural commentators.

Frieze Sounds: Three commissioned audio works to be presented by BMW and premier during the fair.

Frieze Sculpture Park:  Attendees will have the opportunity to experience large scale sculptures in a unique environment located along the waterfront of Randall’s Island.

Frieze Education: A new program organized by Free Arts NYC and Deutsche Bank that will give public schools and museum groups a chance to explore the fair through workshops about contemporary art and color theory.
