Q) What's the best way to supply files?
A) On a CD containing all artwork, fonts, and document files.
Q) Do you accept PDF files?
A) Yes, our Prinergy workflow system actually prefers PDF files to anything else.
Files provided as PDFs will be handled very quickly, but our ability to make
corrections is severely diminished.
Q) What software do you use?
A) For layout and design, we can handle files in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign,
Quark, and most other common formats. We are an Apple-based shop, so clients who
work with PCs are encouraged to provide files as high resolution PDFs.
Q) How fast can I get my project done?
A) This is subject to many factors. For a better estimation, please contact
customer service.
Q) Can you design my job for me?
A) We design hundreds of simple postcards and related projects every year.
For more complex jobs, we have some local designers we would be happy to recommend.
Q) What about color profiles?
A) Just make sure that your images are saved with profiles embedded. We'll take care of the rest.
Q) How do I connect to your FTP server?
A) Use the following connection settings on your FTP client:
Host paperchase.net
Username: pcftp
Password: pcguest
Upload all files into the "FTP_Uploads" folder. When your files have finished uploading, please email or call to let us know.
